China, the most populous country in the world, is also a tourist destination of repute that attracts millions of travellers every year. The country is full of natural, cultural and historical attractions to cater the tourists. The country may have got attention of travellers for its spectacular beaches but like a shy diva the country doesn’t wear its beauty on its sleeves. But tourists have spotted its beautiful beaches, dotting its more than 11,000 miles coastline, and they are coming in hordes taking multicity flights to China. Here we throw spotlight on most spectacular beaches in China.

Bo'ao Yudai Beach

Enjoying a spectacular location on the eastern coast of Hainan Province the beach is highly revered for its crystal clear waters and shiny blue sky round the year. Blessed with crystal clear water and verdant greenery the beach offers a much needed escape from the ever busy urban hubs. Situated at a distance of 10 miles from Qionghai City, Bo'ao Yudai Beach is one of the least crowded beaches in the country.

Yalong Bay

Spread over an area of 7km, Yalong Bay beach is one of the major beaches in the country. This crescent shaped beach is beautifully adorned with white sands and palm fringes. Due to crystal clear water, the place is highly loved for snorkelling and diving. The beach is relatively less crowded in area inundated with resorts.

Beihai Silver Beach

Unlike other popular beaches, Beihai Silver Beach is well known for its pale sands. The beach looks great during day and night. Situated at a short drive from Beihai City, the beach is highly frequented by travellers for its warm weather stunning setting. The beach is highly popular among family vacationers as waves are gentle and shark free.

Gangzaihou Bathing Beach

Situated on the spectacular island of Gulangyu in China’s Fujian Province, the beach can be easily accessed by taking a boat ride from Xiamen. With no motor vehicles allowed in vicinity to the beach, this stretch of coastline unveils as a beach with difference. There is an array of dinning and accommodation options around to cater visitors.

Beidaihe Beach

Situated on the yellow sea coast, Beidaihe Beach is getting lots of attention these days. Formerly a quiet and quaint village, it is attracting a large number of expats and Beijingers.. This six mile long beach is a sunbathers and swimmers paradise. The beach enjoys a rare glory of having hosted dignitaries like Mao Zedong, Deng Xiaoping and Jiang Zemin.

Xiamen Beach

This one of most spectacular beaches in China is situated in the province of Fujian. Well adorned with trinity of sand, surf and sea, Xiamen Beach is highly popular among locals and foreigners who keep flocking here for sun and sea.
