Oklahoma City - A city has a lot to engage travelers

Billed as an entertainment district, the city has started getting footfalls from tourists with diverse interests. Due to its ample size Oklahoma City is divided into several districts. Here we are documenting major draw cards for the travelers flying to Oklahoma City.
Oklahoma City National Memorial and Museum
Oklahoma City National Memorial and Museum was built in the memory of those killed in bombing on the Alfred P. Murrah Federal Building in 1995 killing 168 people including 19 children. The museum gives a chronological account of history of terrorism in the United States. Most of the tourists visit this during the night when excellent lighting makes the presentation live.
Bricktown
Bricktown is bustling entertainment, nightlife and business hub of the city with presence of several, bars, shops and hotels. The place built around a red brick building of 20th century is also has a canal in vicinity, you can take a boat ride on. The place caters to a large chunk of OKC bound tourists.
Oklahoma City Zoo
Despite being small in size, Oklahoma City Zoo is worth a visit and if kids are part of you entourage don’t forget to take them there. The park has a good presence of snakes, elephants and bears. Science Museum Oklahoma
Those with a scientific bent of mind should never miss an opportunity to visit Science Museum Oklahoma where they can see popular exhibits like whodunit. The Science of Solving Crime" and "Destination Space," are other popularly visited places here. The guests can also visit the museum also keep organizing live demonstration on daily basis.
Oklahoma Historic Center
Oklahoma Historic Center is a museum that gives an understanding of history of the state of Oklahoma. The museum opened in 2005 and operated by the Oklahoma Historical Society showcases the history of Oklahoma from prehistoric Native American tribes to the present day. The guests should visit Inasmuch Foundation Gallery where you can see artifacts related to art, culture and artifact. ONEOK Gallery and Noble Foundation Gallery are other galleries to visit. In addition to this the historic center keeps organizing exhibits and events round the year.
