Place de l'Etoile

Jeita Grotto
Jeita Grotto, a compound of crystallized caves is situated on the outskirts of Beirut. The place is made up two limestone caves. The tunnel provides an escape route to the river. National Museum of Beirut
National Museum of Beirut you will find artefact from prehistoric times to the medieval Mamluk period that throws light on mainly Lebanon's Archeology and History. There are video shows to demonstrate history of the museum. The museum got damaged during civil war but efforts were made for its restoration.
