Rock in Rio- The biggest musical festival of Brazil

Rock in Rio is one of the most important Brazilian festivals originating in Brazil. Born in Rio de Janeiro, it is not only conquered Brazil but Spain and Portugal as well with the intension of bringing all styles of music to a variety of audiences. Brazilian entrepreneur and advisor Roberto Medina was responsible for the inception and organization of the festival and since then over nearly 30 years it became one of the strongest festival with digital media presences with nearly 12 editions are performed with more than 6 million people gathered makes, it one of the most sought after festival among the music aficionados.
This year visit Portugal as Rock in Rio Lisbon 2014 is held at Bela Vista Park which will host the fifth edition of the world’s biggest music and entertainment festival from 23rd May 2014 to 1st June 2014. During this five day long musical event, Bela Vista Park will be transformed into a veritable “City of Rock” including over 12 hours of performances per day on the various stages.
In addition to the concerts families are invited to spend a pleasant day relaxing in the garden areas enjoying the entertainment activities. Much more than a musical event, it became complete and comprehensive in addressing issues such as sustainability and environmental responsibility.
