BA to launch Gatwick - Lima service

Flying to Peruvian capital is soon going to be easier as British Airways has announced to launch a service between London Gatwick and Lima in 2016.
The carrier will operate this service with a B777 in three class configuration. Commencing from May 4 it will be operated thrice weekly during the summer and twice-weekly during the winter.
The flights will be only direct service from London to Lima. The carrier has also announced the schedule of the flights. On Wednesdays next summer, the flight BA2239 will depart Gatwick at 1350 to arrive in Lima at 2025, while return leg BA2238 will leave Lima at 2155 to arrive back in London at 1615 the following day.
The flights will follow a different schedule on Fridays and Sunday departing LGW at 1155 and arrive in Lima at 1830, while the return service will leave Lima at 2000 and land in London at 1420 the following day.
The services will operate twice a week on Wednesdays and Sundays from October 30.
The direct service will prove beneficial for business as well as leisure travellers.
