Fiji commenced its maiden expo

Fiji Tourism Board has commenced its maiden expo Fijian Tourism Expo (FTE) from 5th May to 8th May 2014 at Denarau Island Convention Centre. The expo will witness 150 international buyers from all corners of the world like Australia, New Zealand, the USA, UK, Europe China, India etc which interact with 230 suppliers from the country.

Fiji Tourism Expo brings international travel buyers and media to Fiji under one roof where they can discover first-hand experience of Fiji’s amazing attractions. According to Aiyaz Sayed-Khaiyum, Attorney General and Minister for Tourism in Fiji, there will be over 16,000 meetings are scheduled to take place at FTE and buyers will be able to experience the destination first-hand with a familiarization trips both pre and post FTE.
