Norwegian Air to fly Gatwick to Oakland nonstop

Budget carrier Norwegian Air has unveiled its plans to launch nonstop service between London Gatwick and Oakland next May.
The service, which would be first between these destinations, would be operated three times a week.
A senior official from the airline also confirmed the launch of Oakland-Gatwick service.
The carrier will operate this route on Mondays, Thursdays and Sundays and be operated with a Boeing 787-8 Dreamliner.
Currently Norwegian flies nonstop Oakland routes from Oslo and Stockholm.
Oakland a major west coast city in California USA is well known for its tourism, business and cultural potentials. The city is widely acclaimed for its cultural diversity that is evident in the form of Nigerian Apparel Stores, beautifully done Victorian Homes and a Buddhist meditation center. One can also spot various remains of its impressive historic past.
The proposed nonstop service between Gatwick and Oakland would be useful for business as well as leisure travellers.
