Thomas Cook Airlines inaugurates Las Vegas - Glasgow route

Thomas Cook Airlines has inaugurated Glasgow - Las Vegas route. The first flight on this route departed Yesterday from Glasgow Airport to Las Vegas with over 300 customers on board.

The new route which was announced previous year offers an array of one-off flights to the US city in recent summers. The weekly flights will be operated on Mondays with Airbus A330 fleet and will continue on selected dates up to the 31st October.

The passengers flying on this route will be given additional services like entertainment at check-in and the departure lounge among other things.

A top placed official from the airline expressed his pleasure on this news saying they are glad to having launched Glasgow – Las Vegas route and looking forward to a successful summer and winter schedule between these cities.

An official from Glasgow Airport welcomed this development saying the launch of direct flights to Las Vegas is fantastic news for Scottish travellers, and it boosts airport growing long haul route network.
