Virgin to fly B787-9 on LHR – Dubai route

Virgin Atlantic has announced to operate its LHR – Dubai route with a B787-9 Dreamliner from July next year. Currently, the airline operates this daily service using LHR – Dubai route with flight number VS400/401.
As per announcement B787-9 services will start operation on the route from July 21, 2016.
As scheduled airlines outbound service VS400 will take off from LHR at 2200 and arrives in Dubai at 0800, the next day. The return leg VS401 will depart Dubai at 1110 and to arrive back in London at 1555.
In previous month, it was announced that airline will resume a second daily service between Heathrow and Los Angeles this winter.
Due to popularity of Dubai as a great business and leisure destination the services are expected to be well received by business and leisure travellers from both the cities.
