Qatar Airways to add second A380 flight on London - Doha route

Qatar Airways has announced to add a second A380 service on its London Heathrow - Doha route from December.

With increase in services, the travellers flying on this route would soon have more travelling options.

In previous week, this major Gulf carrier received its first two superjumbos in a ceremony at Airbus' Hamburg factory.

The carrier will launch its inaugural A380 service to LHR on October 10 with flight numbers QR002/QR003.

Second A380 flight on this route will be added on December 1. With this announcement the carrier has also announced the schedule of flights. The flight timings are designed to provide connectivity to Australia via Doha.

The carrier’s A380 service offers 517 seats in 3 class configurations with eight seats in first class, 48 in business and 461 in economy.
