Cathay Pacific to fly direct between London Gatwick and Hong Kong

To provide passengers from the UK more flying options to Hong Kong, Cathay Pacific has announced to launch flight from London’s Gatwick to Hong Kong next year. The carrier will operate this route with a brand new Airbus A350 aircraft.
Starting from 2 September 2016, the carrier will operate this route four times a week.
The new flights will complement airlines existing five daily flights to Heathrow Airport, taking the number of weekly flights on this route to 39 flights per week. Cathay Pacific also operates four weekly flights to Manchester.
The airline will operate Gatwick route.with its brand new A350-900 aircraft.
The carrier is flying between London and Hong Kong for 35 years that shows airlines commitment to the UK market. A senior official from the airline expressed his pleasure saying they are delighted to launch this route.
The launch of new flights will provide greater choices and flexibility to passenger besides boosting Hong Kong’s position as an international aviation hub.
