Ryanair announces new Spanish destination from Aberdeen

Budget carrier Ryanair has announced to launch flight to Alicante and Malaga from Aberdeen airport.

The new routes to these popular holiday destinations in Spain will be operated from next February.

The airline has said that it is pleased to announce its return to Aberdeen with launch of two new routes to Alicante and Malaga, starting in February. Ryanair last operated from Granite City in 2011 with a route to Dublin and Ireland.

The flights will be operated twice a week serving 50,000 passengers annually to and from Aberdeen Airport.

A top official from the airport also appreciated the news saying it clearly demonstrates the opportunity that exists for leisure capacity.

Alicante, the capital of Alicante province in Spain, is an amazing tourist destination with colored houses, narrow streets and great nightlife. The city is replete with other places of tourist interest that also make it interesting. While Malaga in southern Spain, is a popular holiday destinations with several resorts and yellow sandy beaches.
