Finnair to launch four new routes

Soon passengers flying to Helsinki from Edinburgh, Billund, Pula and Svalbard would have increased flying options as Finnair is all set to launch services on this route in 2016. The carrier will commence operation on Edinburgh – Helsinki route from 18 April to 27 October 2016. The capital of Scotland is well known for its medieval Old Town, magnificent gardens and stunning gardens and neoclassical buildings.
Finnair will start year round service to Billund in Jutland, Denmark from 4 April 2016. In a statement a top place official from the airline has said that Billund would be a great addition to airline’s Scandinavian network, as its demand in Asian passengers is increasing. Currently, the airline is operating five weekly flights to Copenhagen the capital of Denmark.
The airline has announced to operate two weekly flights to Pula in Croatia from 20 June to 12 August 2016. It is already flying to Dubrovnik and Split in Croatia.
Finair will add another feather in its crown when it will add scheduled international services to Svalbard, the Norwegian archipelago in the Arctic Ocean. The airline will operate three weekly flights from Helsinki to Svalbard from 1 June to 27 August 2016.
In addition, the carrier has unveiled other plans for summer 2016 that include replacing some chartered flights to Greek islands, Italy and Bulgaria with scheduled flights.
