Edelweiss launches service to Zurich at Edinburgh Airport

Swiss based airline Edelweiss that operates out of Zurich Airport is the latest to join the ranks as Edinburgh Airport, launching its brand new service to Zurich. The new nonstop service to Switzerland’s biggest city will fly twice a week on Mondays and Fridays, during the busy summer season offering convenient connectivity to one of the Europe’s alpine destinations.

According to Gordon Dewar, Chief Executive of Edinburgh Airport, the airport authorities are pleased to welcome Edelweiss to Edinburgh and celebrate the launch of their new service to Zurich. Zurich represents an important business link and this new route will offer passengers even more choice of how they travel. The airport is delighted to be working with Edelweiss and is looking forward to welcoming many Swiss visitors to Edinburgh.
