Norwegian Air Shuttle eyes Dublin - Bangkok Flights

Budget Carrier Norwegian Air Shuttle is considering launch of Dublin – Bangkok service next year. If it becomes a reality Norwegian Air Shuttle would be first airline to connect the republic directly with the major tourist hub in Asia.

The airline said that there is no direct link between these destinations but it appears that there is a demand for this route. If the airline decides to go ahead the launch of this route is likely next year.

The airline is expanding and plans to launch services to New York and Fort Lauderdale. Routes to Bangkok and other far eastern destinations with London and other centres in northern and Western Europe are also under consideration.

The launch of this route would provide more options for leisure and business tourists.
