More flights added to Birmingham Airport

Passengers flying from Birmingham airport have more options now as the airport will add new flights and additional routes.

As per information Air Transat, a Canadian carrier, has launched its summer flights from Birmingham to Toronto.

The travel options to Las Palmas and Tenerife will also get a boost as Norwegian will operate these routes from November. The carrier will operate these routes using brand new 186-seater Boeing 737-800 aircraft. As per announcements flights to Tenerife will be launched on November 2 and will operate on Monday and Friday while La Palma service will start on November 6 and will operate on Friday.

Giving further boost to flights at this airport Monarch Airline has announced additional routes and frequencies to its winter schedule for 2015/16. The carrier will operate additional frequency on its Lanzarote, Malaga, Alicante, Faro, Rome, Madeira, Fuerteventura, Grenoble, Larnaca, Gran Canaria, Sharm el Sheikh, Salzburg, Tenerife, Turin and Venice routes.
