Shaheen Air to launch Manchester – Islamabad service

Shaheen Air, a Pakistan based airline will launch European flights next month. As announced, the carrier will launch a new service between Manchester and Islamabad in Pakistan.
Starting from 15 March 2016, the carrier will fly three times a week to Benazir Bhutto International Airport. The carrier will operate these flights using A330-200 aircraft with 326 seats.
The flight will be departing on Wednesday, Friday and Sunday from Manchester Terminal Two at 22:00 and arrive Islamabad at 18:30. The return flight will arrive at Manchester on Tuesday, Friday and Sunday.
A top official of Shaheen Air based in the UK expressed pleasure on launch of this route. Stephen Turner, Commercial Director for Manchester Airport thanked airline for choosing Manchester airport for resuming flights into the UK. The flights are expected to be well received by the leisure and business travellers alike.
Shaheen Air, the largest private airline of Pakistan currently serves 13 international and 7 domestic destinations with a fleet of 19 aircrafts.
