BA to roster B787-9 on Abu Dhabi, Muscat and Austin routes

British Airways has announced to roster its new B787-9 on Abu Dhabi, Muscat and Austin routes. The new aircraft will start flying on Abu Dhabi and Muscat routes from November while it will commence operation on Austin route from February.
From November 5, the new aircraft will operate Heathrow-Abu Dhabi-Muscat route which is currently operated by the B777-200.
As scheduled, flight BA073 departs Heathrow at 0940, to arrive in Abu Dhabi at 2055, and then leaves for Muscat 2155 to arrive in Muscat at 2305. The Return flights BA072 takes off from Muscat at 0035 to arrive in Abu Dhabi at 0140 and depart Abu Dhabi at 0245 to arrive in London at 0650.
The airline will deploy B787-9 on its flights to Austin in February. Indian capital Delhi will be airlines first B787-9 destination when it will commence operation on October 25.
The airline will be fitted with next generation first cabin that makes it the first European airlines to have first class on a Dreamliner. China Southern was the first carrier in the world to have first class installed on the Dreamliner.
