Can I change the details of my booking?

Yes, details can be changed but there are limitations on the changes according to what has been booked originally. If changes are permitted, then there would be a cost depending on what has to be changed. We recommend you to contact us, only after checking your reservation details, we can advise if amendments are possible and how much charge it will incur. There would be an administration charges of GBP 50.00 per person in addition to the charges levied by airlines.

Why and how should I reconfirm my flights?

We will always inform you in case of any change on your reservation by the airlines. However sometimes if there is any last minute schedule change by airlines, then in order to avoid any trouble at the airport we highly recommend you to reconfirm your flight 72 hours prior to departure with airline directly or with us.

Can I pre-book my flight seats?

Unfortunately, not all the airlines will let you pre book your flight seat. Most of the airlines has started charging for seat selection. However you can assign seats at the time of online check in which is only permitted 24 hours prior to departure without any cost with most of the scheduled airlines. If you want to enquire more about seating arrangement or any other specific need, this can be done by calling airlines directly with reference number provided by us.

My name is spelt incorrectly on my flight ticket, what can i do?

We recommend to review your all information carefully before booking your tickets because name change is not permitted. In most of the cases ticket has to be cancelled and new ticket need to be issued. In that case airlines cancellation charges and other penalties will apply. If there is a minor error, please call us immediately. We will need to contact the airline to request a name change, but we cannot guarantee that they will be able to make the change.

What documents are required for my travel?

It is very important to check and apply for any visa and documents requirements for the countries you are travelling to (and through). How do I cancel my flight ticket?

Most of the flight tickets are non-refundable, but in certain cases cancellation is permitted with a charge levied by the airlines. In addition to airlines cancellation charges, we also charge an administration fee of £75 per person.

How do I receive my flight tickets?

We do not send paper tickets. We issue e-tickets after confirming your payment within 72 hours. You will get E-ticket in your email that you use while booking your flights on our website. Please also check all folder including SPAM folder in your email.

Online flight check-in?

Online check in is only permitted 24 hours prior to your departure. You can use the airline reference number (example: 3H2RSS) or e-ticket number from your itinerary to online check-in at the airlines website.
