  United Premium Plus

  United Premium Plus^SM offers more space and amenities than standard economy to make your travel more relaxing. Seats are closer to the front of the plane and include footrests as well as extra room to recline. On select long-haul international flights, United Premium Plus travellers receive upgraded dining options, complimentary alcoholic beverages, a larger inflight entertainment screen, noise-reducing headphones and Saks Fifth Avenue bedding.

  Freshen up at our spa-like shower facilities feature TheraFace products made exclusively for United by Therabody. Visit our private rest area with daybeds, soft lighting, and gentle white noise and enjoy food from the buffet or a sit-down meal in our private dining space.

  Want a break from the hustle and bustle of the airport concourse? United Club locations and our partner lounges offer free snacks and beverages, high-speed Wi-Fi and more. • Luxury amenities

  Onboard

  United recently upgraded its United Polaris international business class experience with new in-airport and onboard amenities from Therabody® and Saks Fifth Avenue. Passengers can now enjoy the signature United Polaris lie-flat seats under refreshed Saks Fifth Avenue bedding that features a modern design limited edition day blanket and large pillow and duvet.

  United's Therabody collaboration includes wellness products across the entire travel experience – in United Polaris lounges, onboard United Polaris business class and online for United MileagePlus® members to earn miles on purchases. Travellers will receive a reusable belt bag made with recycled plastic. Inside their self-care kit they will find: eye serum, face spray, cleansing towelette, hand cream and exclusive to United customers as well as the must-haves. They can also relax with new wellness videos on the airline's Inflight Entertainment screens.

  Inside the lounge

  The TheraFace skin and body care products are also available in the United Polaris lounge restrooms and showers. In addition, travellers will soon be able to experience Therabody's Reset Suites with sound and vibration therapy for full body relaxation, as well as wellness technology to support circulation, lymphatic drainage and muscle recovery and aid in decreased swelling and stiffness.

• The United App

  The all-in-one travel partner just keeps getting better and it’s a must for anyone travelling on United. Customers can check in for their flight, receive their boarding pass and pay for bags ahead of time. The app features airport maps with easy to navigate terminal guides, so if you’re after a specific lounge, or looking for the closest route to your gate, the app will get you there. Available for Apple and Android devices.

  Passengers can change their seats, or their flights if something better becomes available. If passengers have an issue, Agent on Demand is available on the app, allowing passengers to talk, text or video chat with an agent with any concerns about their trip.

  Once onboard, the app also allows passengers to watch movies, play games or pay for inflight snacks and drinks while in the air.

  United Wi-Fi lets you stay connected while you’re in the air. Connect for free to access inflight entertainment on your personal device as well as all content on united.com and the United mobile app. You can also opt in to free inflight text messaging service or purchase a plan to browse the web and more you’re your seat. United Wi-Fi pricing varies depending on your flight.

• Starlink Wi-Fi – coming soon

  United customers will soon enjoy the same high-speed, low latency inflight Wi-Fi in the air that they enjoy on the ground. The new, gate-to-gate connectivity will unlock game-changing experiences in the sky which will provide free access to live TV and streaming services, social media, shopping, gaming and more, on seatback screens and personal devices simultaneously.

  United's new Starlink Wi-Fi service will include experiences like:

  • Live streaming: access personal streaming services and watch live TV, shows and movies without buffering, lag or the need to download content in advance.
  • Workplace productivity: download/upload documents and edit shared files in real-time.
  • Gaming: play live games and follow along on live gaming streaming services.
  • E-Commerce: shop online, schedule grocery delivery and make restaurant and travel reservations all from the comfort of your seat.
  • Multiple devices: connect multiple devices at once, under one user.
